One of the tech industry experts that will select up to 30 Semifinalists out of hundreds of entries, giving them a shot at competing for the Grand Prize and changing the future of food is CHEMMAT’s Biomaterials Scientist Dr Laura Domigan.

In July, 2021, XPRIZE Feed the Next Billion will announce the Semifinalist teams in the running for the $15M competition that will incentivize teams to produce structured chicken breast or fish fillet alternatives that replicate or outperform conventional chicken and fish in: access, environmental sustainability, animal welfare, nutrition and health, as well as taste and texture.
